I commend your welcoming atmosphere, efficiency, kindness to patients and to each other among the staff. With one appointment all was done right up to the appointment of seeing the surgeon.  This was phenomenal compared to my experience of the same thing twenty-five years ago. Congratulations to whoever came up with the idea, whoever provided the funding, whoever hired the warm staff and whoever administers the concept. You have a great success there.  I’m in awe of what you have accomplished. That’s my experience at your Centre.
